The THNSNBxxxGMSJ belongs to the TOSHIBA SSD SG series and is a memory storage device using 32nm Multi-Level-Cell NAND flash memories. This series introduces the industry’s first 128GB half-slim SSD modules, the fruits of Toshiba’s layering technology, drives that are ideal for application in mobiledevices, such as mini mobile PCs and netbooks.
Optimised for light use and configured to support small form factors, the half-slim module provides a fast access and fast transfer rate with a maximum sequential read speed of 180 MB/s and maximum sequential write speed of 50 MB/s. THNSNBxxxGMSJ drives feature greater design flexibility and offer space and cost savings.
The family of products is available in storage capacities of 30GB, 62GB, and 128GB and provides AES data encryption as an option to support only authorized data access.
