Toshiba Storage Device Division potenzia il suo portafoglio di hard disk incorporati presentando un nuovo HDD da 1,8 pollici. MK1229GSG possiede la capacità e la velocità necessarie per potenziare un notebook senza comprometterne la durata della batteria o la silenziosità. L'unità SATA a doppio piatto ha una capacità di 120GB ed una velocità di rotazione di 5400 rpm ed una velocità di trasferimento elevata, fino a 150 Mbit al secondo. Tra gli altri vantaggi, questa unità offre una resistenza agli shock di 500 G in funzione e 1500 G a riposo.
Con un peso di soli 62 grammi, il nuovo HDD Toshiba è destinato a divenire l'hard disk perfetto per utenti e sviluppatori che aspirano a computer più potenti in un formato più compatto.
